Complete Dry was quick and took care of a client that had water in their finished basement when their sump pump failed after heavy rains. My client had already contacted 2 other contractors and was waiting to hear back. I directed them to Complete Dry who was out there and handling it before they ever heard back from the others. The client made a point to thank me for the referral and said they were very pleased with the service they received. As their agent, that's exactly what I want to hear. With 30 years in the Insurance business I have learned, generally, referring contractors can lead me into trouble but I have had no issues with Dave, Debbie and the CDC team. Recently they cleaned the carpets in our Church, a 2-3 day job.
Our experience with Complete Drying Company was nothing but exceptional, professional and timely. We were gone for a weekend for my nephew's wedding, and apparently our area received a torrential rainstorm on Saturday evening. When we opened our doors to our office on Monday morning, we were taken back by an odor of moisture and mildew right away. Our entire basement flooded and the carpets were soaking in water. We called Dave immediately and his team arrived within an hour and went to work, ripping out carpet, pulling up pads and removing all items. They checked for mold and other contaminants and immediately began the preparation of drying out the areas (furniture, and walls) restoring our basement. The fans and dehumidifier ran for several days, as their crew came and checked all the conditions daily. The crew and Dave did an awesome job, the carpet was saved, looks great and smelled fresh. Even our clients complimented the scent and finished look.

When our home flooded while we were out of state on vacation, Complete Drying did an excellent job of drying our home, as well as coordinating the repair contractors and Insurance Billing. Dave was a combination of the best friend you ever had and a super hero. Our flooded house is our home again!
